We were delighted to join the 14th Food Engineering Student Congress, hosted by Çukurova University, and to meet the next generation of food engineers.
As MEYED, we took this opportunity to highlight the strategic role of the fruit juice industry and emphasized that food engineering is not only essential in production processes, but also plays a key role in public health, sustainability, and the integration of agriculture with industry.
